Back To Reality

I'm back in Buffalo after spending a crazy week at home. It was fun, but I was definately ready to come back, I actually have time to relax now. I got to see a bunch of people while I was home, a couplw I haven't seen since I graduated or over the summer, so that was fun. I went bowling with Chels, Marshall and Ashlee, the prices for bowling are RIDICULOUS!! They wanted $16 a person for midnight bowling PLUS the cost of the game, which is about $9 each. So we left before that started and went to Applebees :-) mmm I love that place. The next night Chels, Marshall, Josh, and I rented a movie and vegged out with ice cream for the night lol we're a fun group, this summer is definately going to be a blast with them (well minus Josh, but I'm sure he'll be there a lot too) I spent a couple of nights with my sister Sara and we stayed up way too late talking two nights in a row and had to get up bright and early for her to go to work and me to get to Mary's to watch the munchkins. I had 3 of them for 3 days and we had some fun, they don't really listen, but we still had a good time lol. Friday night was craziness. I had to go get Lucas with Sara, then pick up Nikki at St. Rose, then drive back to Josh's. From there we went to I Love in Troy and met up with a whole bunch of people, half of AP was there. THen we went to the Daily Grind for a little while. After that a few of us went back to Josh's to watch RENT, but I had to leave because I told Gabrial (whom I haven't seen in about 6 or 7 years) that I would come see her. We had an awesome time! I had to leave early the next morning to be back in time to shower and get ready for Austin & Luke's birthday party. I was so tired on Saturday! I went home with Mom that night so she could bring me to the train station on Sunday. I almost missed the train, but I got there just in time for them to hold the train for me lol. The best part was that the train was only about 10 minutes behind schedule by hte time we got to Buffalo, I was so happy I didn't have to spend 7 hours on the train like we did on hte way home last weekend!! I have a lot of work to do now, papers to write, books to SparkNote, textbooks to glance at....

Quick Update

I'm going home the day after tomorrow, well since it's 2:30 am I guess I can say tomorrow...anyway, I'll be home for a week and I get to spend three days with Austin, Cole, and Ry and I can't wait. I get to see Nate and Lucas next Saturday at the birthday party too :-) I miss the munchkins so much when I'm at school! I get to see Chelsea and Nikki too ♥. I'm happy to be going home but at the same time I kind of want to stay here at school (never thought I'd say that). It's not so bad here this semester, don't get me wrong I'm still transferring, but I'm not having such a terrible time now.

I've randomly been having major mood swings and periods when I just don't even want to talk to anyone...and certain people just set me off no matter how good a mood I am in prior to them talking to me. It's not everyone, mostly just one person. I fell terrible becasue I always end up yelling at him for absolutely no reason. I'm pretty sure this isn't normal...Mom told me it's a chemical imbalance and Raisa told me I'm bi-polar LOL. So on top of everything else, this place is driving me crazy now too! Maybe that's why I'm enjoying it more. This whole entry sounds like a giant contradiction, but I am having a good time, but I still have the dark moods. Mostly at night. Eh, whatever...

I made a new template tonight for lack of anything better to do. Is it too early to bust out the St. Patty's Day stuff? I actually spent a little time on this one and it's a little more interesting that the last few I've had, but still nothing amazing.

I Tried

Well I attempted to make a new template but got a little sidetracked so it's really boring. I've been messing around with HTML and am starting to get better with it, but it takes so much time to get it all just right. I just don't have the patience for it. Basically I was going for a theme stolen from one of my favorite movies, Love Me If You Dare but like I said, I got lazy and gave up lol.

Well, let's see what's been going on here lately. Um, I went out with my friend Jake yesterday/last night. We got coffe since we're both addicts, and then went to a dace off at some little venue downtown. It was so much fun. I don't think I've ever actually listened to either The Smiths or The Clash, but we didn't care. We met up with some other people there and had an awesome time! I actually got to skank (it's a type of dancing). It's been such a long time since I've been to something like that! It made me miss my friend Amber ALOT though, we went to a few shows together and it's jsut the type of thing I would have done with her. Some random drunk guy tried to get in and dance with our little group, he was wasted and smelled really bad. It was terrible, so we formed this hardcore huddle-circle thing and we blocked him out until he just walked away lol. He spilled his beer all over though. It was pretty nasty. We still had an awesome time though.
That's about it I guess. Nothing really exciting is going on out here. It's finally snowing though. Oh I'm going home on friday and staying for about a week. I'll get to spend lots of time with Austin and I'll be home for Austin and Lucas's birthday party. Chelsea, Marshall and I are also going to look at the apartment while I'm home too.

Boston

Josh and I had a great time this weekend in Boston, the Fort Minor concert was amazing!! Meeting Mike Shinoda and the rest of FM was pretty cool too ;-) he's such a nice guy! We got a little lost trying to get to the place it was at but we got there eventually and had a great time. We went to Quincey Market about 20 times over the course of about 36 hours lol. We stayed with a friend of Josh's mom's and she lives really really close so we would just get bored and wander around. I love that part of Boston! It's so nice and there is a Starbucks every 20 feet or so haha. We had so much caffeine in our systems this weekend it was disgusting. We also went to see Underworld Evolutions while we were there and it was a great movie! If you liked the first Underworld movie you'll love the second! Eventually we had to leave and it was pretty dissappointing but I got to drive for 3 hours and that was pretty sweet haha. I miss driving so much while I'm at school! We stayed at Josh's on Sunday night and rented The Exorcism of Emily Rose, which, although not as scary as it's advertised to be, it is a really great movie that makes you think alot. After watching that we passed out for a few hours and then I got on a train and finally got to Buff State almost 2 hours later than I had expected which meant that I missed my English class (not that I'm complaining). I had enough time to take a quick shower and get to astronomy where Char and I passed out in the planetarium for pretty much the whole 2 hours and 40 minutes. It was a pretty awesome weekend...althoughI spent a little more than I would have liked, but oh well the job hunt is still on.

It's Almost Time!

This weekend Josh and I are going to see Fort Minor in Boston. Fort Minor is a side project of one of the guys in Linkin Park if you odn't know who I'm talking about. The video on here is one of my favorite songs by them. A lot of their stuff is collaborative so there are a lot of featured artists, One of whom is going to be at the show, so I'll get to hear my absolute favorite song! :-D It's going to be such an awesome weekend! We're paying practically nothing for it too! We got the tickets for about $20 since Josh bought them through the fan club. We're taking his mom's car and she is giving him a credit card for gas, Mom got us travel tickets for a hotle for one night and the second night we're staying with a friend of Josh's family (she's also treating us to dinner). Josh has connections with Amtrak so my train ride home is covered. Oh and we also get to meet the band. We both entered to get passes for the meet and greet and Josh told me today that he got an e-mail saying that he was getting two passes, so we were both pretty hyped. Then I checked my junk folder and found out that I also got two meet and greet passes! So now we have four passes for two of us. So it looks like we'll have a little extra spending money since it won't be too hard to find other FM fanatics who will pay anything for a chance to meet Mike haha. The only problem now is neither of us know what we're going to bring to have autographed...lol. That and we have agreed that this is a fun stress free weekend and there will be no mention of school at all, so we have to finish any and all homework that we have before friday. So I should get back to my mountain of reading, 4 page paper, monolouge, and astronomy labs. *big sigh* is it friday yet???
