Mid-semester
I can't beleive we're halfway through second semester already! Spring break starts this weekend, so I'm heading home on friday afternoon. The trip is going to be fun this time. It won't be just me and Ashlee, Carolyn is coming to visit for a few days, so she's going back with us, so is Andrew (a kid we graduated with), and Heather, who lives in Fultonville (near Amsterdam). We're going to throw a train party lol. I already have most of break planned out and it's going to get hectic for a few of teh days. I made sure to leave time to relax though.
As far as school and midterms go, I only had two. I was convinced I did well on the history midterm, and I did. I got a B. Only 4 people in the class of 90 got A's, I can settle for a B. Half of the class failed, I don't see how since it's American history, but oh well. The test was two essays, the first I got 51/60 and teh second i got 33/40. Decent. I'll do better next time now that I know his grading system. He's harsh. I also had an astronomy midterm last night, but those grades haven't been posted yet. I honestly don't know how I did on it. I'm hoping to get around an 80. No one really knew what was on it because the prof was out for two weeks so we had a sub. We'll see though. I've decided to drop the Jazz class I'm taking. Six classes is proving to be too much and that class is going to kill my GPA if I don't drop it. So that's what I intend to do tomorrow. No more late class on wednesdays :-)
I had to buy a new mouse today :-/ I wasn't very happy about spending the money, but I need a mouse. I like the one I got though. It's the same one I used to have, but instead of glowing red it glows blue, so it matches my tower now :-) (and blue is better than red anyway)
That's about it in my oh so exciting life. I'm going to bed now since my roommate wouldn't let me sleep last night. I don't function very well on 4 hours of sleep...even with massive amounts of caffeine. Goodnight.
