Back in the Swing of Things

I've now officially readjusted to college life, my schedule is final, and things are getting a lot better in general. I absolutely love my class schedule this semester! I'm taking 6 classes, but I only have classes Monday through Thursday. Monday and Wednesdays are great, my first class is at 4:30 and I'm done around 8:30. It's a little late, but it works out jsut fine. I get to sleep in and I can get things done before I go to class. Tuesdays and Thursdays I start at 9:30 and go straight through until 12:05, then I have a break until it's time for the best class ever!! My theatre class this semester is amazing! We rarely ever get out on time, which is just fine because all we do is play games for about 2 hours. Somehow I always end up with no shoes on in that class though...lol. Other than theatre, I'm taking Astronomy (once a week for 2.5 hours BORING), Jazz and Rock Foundations (also 2.5 hours once a week, but bearable), American History, Psychology (both profs are loons) and English of course (another extrememly boring one). Charlene is in 5 with me and Ashlee is in 2, So I have someone I know in each of my classes. I also know a couple others in each class from the dorms and last semester. Things are going a lot better already. I jsut hope I can keep up with all 6 classes and manage to have a social life!
Things are getting better in that area too. I've started hanging out with a few girls on my floor whom I've talked to occasionally before, but we've been spending more time together and I absolutely love them! Katie, who currently lives across the hall but is moving next door is also a huge fan of The Labyrinth and Sixteen Candles and Pretty in Pink and all those other cheesy 80's movies that I love! There is also Steph, Courtney, Alexis, and Ashley. We're a fun group. We have picinics in the hallway at midnight and random dance parties at all hours of the day and night. This floor has definately gotten a lot more interesting this semester, that's for sure! Well seeing as it's almost 3am I should go to sleep...but I guess it doesn't matter since I don't have class on fridays :-D
